Free Flashcard Generator is an AI-powered study tool that helps users create flashcards and practice quizzes from text and PDF documents. We offer both free and paid subscription tiers with different feature sets and usage limits.

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Not share your account with others

Free Plan: Limited to 3 flashcard sets, basic features only.

Pro Plan ($4.99/month): Includes unlimited flashcard sets, 10,000 turbo flashcards per month, 100 AI quizzes per month, and premium features.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically
• You can cancel anytime, and Pro access continues until the end of your billing period
• Usage limits reset on your billing cycle date
• No refunds for partial months
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

Each subscription tier has specific usage limits. You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent usage limits through technical means
• Share accounts to avoid subscription fees
• Use the service for commercial purposes without permission
• Generate excessive content that may impact service quality for others

You retain ownership of content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a license to:

• Process your content to provide the Service (generate flashcards, tests, etc.)
• Store your content on our servers
• Use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our services

You represent that you have the right to upload all content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without permission
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service (bots, scrapers, etc.)
• Harass other users or interfere with their use of the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate flashcards and quiz questions. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should verify important information and not rely solely on AI-generated content for critical decisions.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your access will cease, but some data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SECURE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTENT ACCURACY OR YOUR STUDY OUTCOMES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
